This statement covers the website mosterd.com. Data in applications we build for customers is governed by the data processing agreement with that customer.
Who is responsible
MM Logic B.V., trading as Mosterd, registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce under number 33292058, is the controller for personal data processed through this website. Questions: info@mosterd.com.
What we process
- Email you send us. If you write to us, we use your name, address and message to reply and to follow up on the conversation you started. We keep this correspondence for as long as it is relevant to that conversation, and at most two years after our last contact unless it leads to an agreement.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Google Cloud / Firebase Hosting) processes technical request data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and secure the website.
- Analytics — only with your consent. If you accept, we use Google Analytics to measure which pages are visited. It sets cookies (
_ga,_ga_*) and Google processes the data on our behalf. Without your consent, the analytics script is not loaded and no cookies are set.
Cookies
The only cookies on this site are the Google Analytics cookies described above, and only after you accept. Your choice itself is stored in your browser’s local storage. You can change it at any time via Cookie settings in the footer.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, delete or transfer your personal data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@mosterd.com. If you believe we handle your data incorrectly, you may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
